Wild Fairy Sour - Recipe by Gramercy Bar and Kitchen
Fresh and zesty with the hint of musk sticks to bring back childhood memories.
20mL vodka
20mL lychee liqueur
20mL blue curacao
20mL lychee juice
10mL 1:1 simple syrup
10mL lemon juice
60g lychee popping pearls
Garnish:
2 lychees
1 dehydrated orange
Stir the vodka, lychee liqueur, blue curacao, simple syrup, lemon and lychee in a highball glass.
Add in the lychee pearls and fill the glass with ice.
Top up with yuzu soda and garnish with two skewered lychees and a dehydrated orange.
Serve and enjoy!
