Bertolli Light in Taste olive oil spray
Condiments (we used pickles and hamburger sauce)
Leftover cheese from platters (we used aged cheddar)
Avocado (or leftover salads)
Leftover Christmas Day meat, thickly sliced (we used ham)
Salt and pepper
Lightly spray bread with Bertolli Light in Taste olive oil spray. Spread with condiments then layer cheese, salads and meats on top, season.
Top with bread and spray both sides of the sandwich lightly with olive oil spray. Toast for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and serve hot.
