Blue Lagoon Brunch Cocktail



Ingredients

1/4 cup (60mL) vodka
1/4 cup (60mL) blue curacao liqueur
2 Tbs lemon juice
Ice cubes
1 1/4 cups (310mL) chilled lemonade
Lemon slices, to serve
Glacé cherries, to serve

Method

Place the vodka, blue curacao liqueur, lemon juice and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and shake until combined and well chilled.

Strain the mixture evenly among serving glasses. Top with lemonade. Serve with orange or lemon slices and cherries.
