Berry Bubbly Negroni

Ingredients

Strawberry Infused Campari is another James special! Infuse one cup of quartered strawberries with one and a half cups of Campari. This will need to be left for 48 hours for the flavour to really kick in.

30mL Strawberry Infused Campari

30mL Maidenii Dry Vermouth

60mL Innocent Bystander Moscato

Garnish:

Mint sprig

Method

Stir all of the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.

Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

Garnish with a mint sprig for added freshness.
