A relaxed restaurant space creates ambient dining through walls covered with plant murals and the odd peacock, along with dusky pink chairs and wooden table settings complemented by ornamental touches. Using produce from local suppliers, The Botanica's farm-to-table menu serves wholesome and organic dishes like starters of kingfish carpaccio, fresh blood orange dressing, fennel, samphire and jalapeño. For a memorable main affair, delve into lamb shoulder to share with sheep’s milk tzatziki, lemon, organic herbs and sides of French fries and char-grilled broccolini; before a decadent dessert of limoncello tiramisu and zesty lemon curd.
