Set on the waterfront in Rose Bay, Catalina on Lyne Park is an Australian culinary icon. Owned and operated for more than 30 years by the McMahon family, this Sydney restaurant has built a reputation for its effortless luxury and uniquely Australian approach to dining. With sweeping views of the harbour, this is a destination synonymous with chic coastal style where every table has a stunning view. settle in with an entrée of yellowfin tuna and scallop crudo, green curry dressing, finger lime, coriander and a rice crisp, or housemade fettuccine carbonara, guanciale, pecorino and confit egg yolk. For the main, delve into crispy scaled blue cod, heirloom oxheart tomato, basil and chilli oil, or Black Angus beef tenderloin, Jerusalem artichoke, rosti, caramelised onion and red wine jus.

Your waitstaff are superb We have always loved the way we are treated in your restaurant – it is consistently good. We have always loved the food – consistently terrific. We love the way that no request – no matter how weird are met with a cheery response and effortlessly accommodated. We have always just loved Catalina.
