Residing in the heart of Sydney’s CBD on Pitt Street is where you’ll find a little taste of French fusion charm at Le Petit Flot Restaurant & Wine Bar. Begin your culinary journey as you enter a contemporary interior, offering separate communal dining areas with a continual style used throughout of dark timber floors and hardwood chairs, a luxe provincial tiled bar and crisp, white window boxes allowing a flood of natural light to fill the space. An inventive French-Japanese menu has been created with a philosophy of serving flavoursome, yet casual share plates, which have been crafted with sustainable practices in mind. Begin with an entrée of Wagyu tartare, soft eggs and anchovy toast; before delving into pan-seared saiko salmon belly, sea salt baked sweet potato and buttered fried sage.

The Angel Hair Pasta is definitely a must try, also amazingly soft beef cheeks, and if you’re going for lunch they’re having the $35 2 course menu for a main and dessert, what a bargain!!
