Situated on Shurans Lane in Heathcote, Sanguine Estate is a family-run destination where winemaking, history and landscape come together. Set across more than 69 acres of thriving vines, this boutique estate produces a diverse range of expressive wines, from elegant whites to characterful reds, each crafted with care and a deep connection to place. The cellar door opens onto a beautifully landscaped terrace with sweeping vineyard views, inviting guests to slow down and savour the setting. Tastings are guided by knowledgeable staff and family members, often paired with custom cheese and charcuterie platters. Warm, scenic and story-driven, Sanguine Estate offers an immersive taste of Heathcote’s winemaking soul.
