Cured salmon $27.5, grapefruit gave it some citrus refreshing flavour. Well play!??
Kingfish $21.5, the ume-zu & green kosho, made the whole dish very interesting.??
BBQ OCTOPUS $39.5, this is my best love. Crisp & sweet chilli sauce is paradise.??
Crispy eggplant $16.5 is awesome, sweet ume sauce coating outside, can't stop eating it.??
King prawn $36.5, smoky char-grill flavour is what i like??.
Wagyu beef intercostal $26.5, tender than you can imagine.??
Okinawa spitz $12 and bubble bando $10, both very special and yum, not overly sweet????
