Established in 1857, The Dry Dock Public House and Dining Room on Cameron Street in Balmain has been a much-loved community cornerstone for more than 166 years. This timeless neighbourhood local welcomes you with a classic Public Bar and outdoor area, a refined and comfortable Lounge Bar and destination Dining Room, helmed by seasoned Chef, Ben Sitton. Serving lunch and dinner, the dining room is flooded with natural light by day, warm and luminous by night, featuring a floor-to-ceiling glass wall with views onto a lush courtyard garden. The menu is driven by quality produce and flavoured over fire from the josper charcoal grill and oven; think starters of roast scallops, nduja butter, fried bread, lemon and chives, before mains of rainbow trout fillet, sautéed leeks and sauce grenobloise.
