About IronBark Hill Brewing Co
Hermitage Road in the popular Hunter Valley wine region of Pokolbin, IronBark Hill Vineyard was first planted in the late 1980s. IronBark Hill produces predominately Shiraz and Chardonnay and is expanding Semillon planting to meet market demand for the Hunter’s flagship variety. With over 15 hectares under vine, IronBark Hill is a successful commercial vineyard but is still small enough for the personal touch.
