About Seed Clare Valley

I'm delighted to share that Clare Valley (SA) dining destination Seed has re-opened its much-anticipated new venue in its multi-level renovation of the town’s former Commonwealth Bank. Previously a renowned kitchen and Winehouse, the new iteration of Seed features a daytime deli, nighttime bistro, rooftop bar and wood-fired pizza offering. Chef and restaurateur Guy Parkinson, together with business partners Candice Leighton, Sam Maitland and Sam Macdonald, as well as Head Chef Louis Ritchie, has retained the original Seed ethos of ‘relaxed regional dining’ across the menu and offering, which continues to celebrate simple, quality ingredients both from the region, and beyond.
