A wonderful Thursday night spent at Sarti. This place really buzzes. The food and service was service was impeccable with a contemporary take on traditional Italian dishes. Don't hesitate to visit. You won't be disappointed.
New Chef but still great! One of my favourite restaurants in Melbourne.
My boyfriend and I were given a gift voucher to dine at Sarti and enjoyed a dining experience that will stay with me for a long time. Service was friendly and knowledgeable, the ambience was just right and each of the many dishes we had was exceptional. Can't wait to return.
I never would have found this amazing restaurant if the hotel staff hadn't given me directions for Sarti. It is well worth hunting down, as the food is outstanding and made me rethink about the way I discuss Italian food. Sarti proves that Italian cuisine can be sculpted into a fine-dining menu; away from the easy connotation of it being just a comfort-food cuisine.
My wife and I loved Sarti and would love to go back - if we could find it.

Wonderful
Great meal! The degustation was well timed and paced, portion sizes were perfect. Highlights were the scallop (magnificent) and the ocean trout (again, magnificent). Both were prepared in such a way that the natural flavour and texture of the food was supported by, and not overpowerd by other ingredients. Chef did a great job catering to my partner's vegetarian requests. Made a special occasion very, very special. Relaxed atmosphere. Great for special occasions :-)
Sensational restaurant! Food and service are both excellent. Worth every cent and a generous tip as well. The Eggplant Ripieni recipe they have posted is fantastic and really easy to make at home but it's not quite the same. Do yourself a favour, Go!
