Handmade pasta and sauce is the name of the game at this minimal yet modern restaurant, where clean lines and a monochromatic theme set the mood for watching the kitchen action, while sipping a glass of red. Made from the highest quality ingredients, hand-rolled and stuffed with fillings like pork that has been marinated for 24 hours; expect to say buon appetito to starters of truffled burrata – spinach pasta cooked in a creamy butter and grana Padano sauce. Perhaps twirl your fork around pappardelle al Cevo, with a sauce made from Australian venison, juniper, bay leaves and cloves; before a divine dolci of rich dark chocolate cake, flavoured with coffee and a dash of rum.

Fresh and delicious
Fresh pasta made in-house which is paired with incredibly simple but delicious sauces that suit the type of pasta you order. My favourite is the amatriciana sauce. There is also a selection of meats and cheese, and a range of unique Italian wines or cocktails. They make an excellent negroni! If you need takeaway, call up in advance to get the pasta fresh and cook it yourself, they give you instructions on how to do it properly.
