An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The **Sisig** was perfectly sizzling, packed with flavour and just the right balance of crunch and tenderness. The **Dinuguan** was rich, hearty and beautifully seasoned, showcasing authentic Filipino comfort food at its best. The **Chicharong Bulaklak** was incredibly crispy and addictive, while the **Grilled Tuna Panga** was fresh, smoky and cooked to perfection, highlighting the chef's skill with seafood.
To finish, the **Halo-Halo** was the perfect dessert—refreshing, colourful and generously loaded with traditional ingredients.
A special compliment to the chefs for their dedication to authenticity, quality and presentation. Every dish reflected passion, expertise and a deep respect for Filipino cuisine. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a true taste of the Philippines. ?????????
