Every fortnight this pop-up restaurant presents a four-course set culinary offering, prepared using local, fresh, seasonal ingredients and inspired by Chef Pedro’s South American background. Candle-lit tables and twinkling fairy lights set the scene for delving into thoughtfully planned menus, with every plate carefully presented to take your palate on a gastronomic journey. Expect to sample entrees like spanner crab, orange, chives and caramelised brioche, before mains ranging from pork belly, celeriac puree, woodear mushrooms, apple jus and fried sage, to osso bucco, cherry tomato, lemon herb mash and charred witlof. Desserts may present as lemon sponge cake, Italian meringue and toasted sunflower seeds.
