Ajoy Joshy is a master chef who creates inspirational regional Indian menus with passion and great skill. For anyone who appreciates fine, authentic Indian cuisine, Nilgiri's at Cremorne must be at the top of your list of restaurants to visit.

We have had plenty of Indian, but this is amazing! Delicious food, not merely the usual butter chicken and lamb korma. Regularly changing regional focus will get us back again.
