Choose from a fusion menu plating up starters like Calcutta salmon, chilli lime yoghurt and parsley sauce; before mains of keema karri – diced beef, garam masala and potato tadka and dessert of cardamom trifle, fresh fruit, coconut whipped cream and rose syrup.
