The open kitchen invites you into the theatre of cooking, where wood-fired aromas drift across the room, carrying the promise of handmade pasta and rustic Italian flavours. Say ciao to starters of beef tartare, capers, egg yolk, eschalot, pecorino and pane carasau, or tuna carpaccio, capers, guindillas, horseradish mayo and lemon balm.
