Whether it's a midweek treat, a quick lunch or a special celebratory dinner, KARLA caters to every occasion; begin with kangaroo tartare, shallots, coriander, desert lime and lemon myrtle, or drunken soft-shell crab, yuzu-infused watermelon, chilli, sweet ponzu and mint yoghurt. For the main, think sticky pork ribs, Crazy Horse sauce, spring onion and chilli, or smoked brisket massaman with kipfler potato and crushed peanuts.
