we were already treated to the very worst in restaurant management, meal preparation, organisation and meal satisfaction by these sub-standard proprietors, but when the manager conveyed a rude temperament, we were done with this place. the food is good, if you don't mind waiting for hours and reminding the staff that you're not a decoration, which the restaurant is in desperate need of. but in terms of quality of service, i believe McDonalds staff are infinitely more experienced.
