About Green Moustache
Transforming North Sydney’s skyline with a leafy oasis, head to rooftop garden bar and restaurant Green Moustache on Miller Street to enjoy a seasonally-inspired menu and award-winning wines. This greenhouse-designed space is filled with an abundance of plants, along with cane furniture and pendent lights, neon signage and a well-stocked bar promising cheeky cocktails. Get the ball rolling with tuna ceviche, avocado and corn salsa, tobiko flying fish roe, shiro shoyu, Kewpie and a black sesame rice cracker; before mains such as mirin-glazed, twice-cooked pork belly, rice cake, Asian greens and nori jam. Pasta lovers opt for spaghetti with chilli slipper lobster, cherry tomato, basil, lemon and Parmesan; finish with duck egg and rock sugar ice cream, samphire granita and King black caviar.
