Ordered butter chicken. The meal we were given looked and tasted nothing like butter chicken. When I called and spoke with the manager he said he would give a replacement meal only on the next order. When I offered to take the meal back as we hadn't yet eaten anything. The manager refused to take the meal back. This is unacceptable as you should receive what you have paid for. Even with the managers refusal. We kept an open mind on the meal. The pappadums were over cooked. Nan was rubbery and the curry tasted like it was out of a jar from the supermarket. If you would like a good Indian meal go to grand Pavillon.

Beautiful food, tried a really fun and interesting entree and had delicious curries for main. All was gluten free and most staff understood as able to offer a huge range of options for the gluten free member of our party! An absolute gem in Ettalong! Thank you for a beautiful meal
