Take a seat alfresco on balmy days and allow the kids to run around, while enjoying half-shell scallops, dill and lemon butter, or lobster tails cooked in melted butter with lemon mayo, served in a brioche roll. For the main, think Black Onyx rib eye steak, stacked seafood platters, or lightly battered fish and chips. Perhaps Moreton Bay bugs, roasted with chipotle butter, jasmine rice, lime and coriander entice or the snapper and prawn pie.
