For more than 25 years, iconic seafood restaurant Fins on Bells Boulevard in Salt Village has been the go-to dining destination in northern NSW. Located at Kingscliff and the brainchild of celebrity Chef Steven ‘Snowy’ Snow, this fine diner is all class with wooden plantation shutters, potted greenery and moody lighting; setting the scene for memorable meals with family and friends from an innovative and creative menu. Dive right in with entrées of sashimi tuna, nori dust, ginger chips, tobiko caviar, shiitake mayo and shallot lime oil; before hooking a main such as Fisherman’s Rice for two – local line-caught fish, Balmain bug tail, King prawns, squid, mussels, olives and saffron rice. Anchor your meal with a dessert of Belgian chocolate torte, salted caramel and espresso ice cream.

An excellent experience
I have dined at Fins several times now, each time I am delighted with the level of care and knowledge of the staff. The food is absolutely amazing, better fish could not be found anywhere. The menu provides a great selection of unique meals that are second to none. I can’t wait for my next dining experience at Fins!


My girlfriend & i had a 7 course degustation with matched wines recently & had a wonderful evening with the highlight the service from a mid 20's waitress who was very knowledgeable on the food, wines & restaurant industry - an asset to the business. Unfortunately the setting isn't great but the food, wine & service outweigh that.


We have eaten here many times and the food is always outstanding. The service is brilliant and the staff very knowlegable and helpful.


Outstanding.. coming from Sydney, where my expectations are high, this place far outdoes most of the top restaurants in the city. The "oyster bar" was fun, truly the freshest I've ever experienced. Our quirky waiter was a walking wine book and she recommended sherry (!) which really worked. Service was impeccable, friendly and informative. The food was excellent- seafood at it's best. I wish this place was in Sydney!
