This multi-functioning venue on Wandoo Street is Brisbane’s first inner-city winery since 1860, boasting two dining options, a working micro-winery and cellar in a rustic converted warehouse; while sipping a cold one at barrel tables alfresco beckons on balmy days. Choose to fine dine with the Fireside Experience, while for a more laid-back casual vibe head to The Winery and dine among the wine barrels, filled with Gerler wines. From menus showcasing seasonal, locally sourced produce, which has been touched by fire and salt, perhaps start with quail skewers, pickled mushroom, furikake and burnt organic miso; before mains of roasted pork belly, yuzu kosho, spinach and smoked shoyo jus.
