Wholesome rustic South Asian fare and cheeky cocktails bring Fortitude Valley diners through the doors of Stone & Copper on Brunswick Street. A chic vibe of Edison bulb lighting, black subway tiles and vibrant yellow cushions set the scene for a culinary journey through India, Malaysia and Thailand; or unwind over a drink on a stool at the neon-lit bar, as Brisbane’s entertainment and dining precinct buzzes at night. Start with steamed chicken and cabbage dim sim served with Thai dipping sauce or pan-seared masala scallops; before slow-cooked korma of lamb, with coconut, cashews and kewra scented sultanas, enjoyed with sides of steamed jasmine rice and papadums. Perhaps choo chee prawn curry entices, with coconut, wild ginger and lime leaf, or delve into everyone’s fave butter chicken.

WOW What an amazing restaurant, I took my partner there and was amazed the service is fantastic friendly and prompt, the food was great and the presentation was that of a 5 star restaurant, and the atmosphere was brilliant perfect for a quiet romantic dinner for 2 as we had or a group function

Stone and Copper is a busy restaurant in the Valley. The food is always fresh and the serves are large, there are a number of options for vegetarians and vegans.
I have eaten here a number of times and the food is always of a high standard and presented very well.

Must do in Brisbane if you crave for authentic Asian cuisine. This place specialise in Indian, Thai and Malaysian food with endless list of beautiful cocktails.
We ordered quite a few dishes but my fav was Chicken Tikka, cheese garlic naan,Laksa.

We had butter chicken, lamb cutlet, barramundi moolie and cheese onion naan. It is probably the best Asian restaurant I've visited in Brisbane, the combination of flavours is just fantastic! The ambience and staff are lovely. Great dining experience without being overpriced. Definitely will be back.
