Elegant, fresh, and perfectly executed
We dined at Casa Nova Italian on Honeysuckle yesterday and it was an incredible experience. I ordered the Yellow Fin Tuna Tartare, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had.
The dish looked like a piece of artwork (photos to come!) and the quality matched the presentation. The tuna was beautifully creamy and incredibly fresh, perfectly paired with the avocado. The truffle vinaigrette was subtle yet rich, tying everything together without overpowering the dish.
Hands down one of the most delicious tartares I’ve ever eaten — a perfect balance of flavours. Highly recommend.
