About Brougham Arms Hotel

Experience the taste of nature at Bendigo’s locally-loved Brougham Arms Hotel restaurant on Williamson Street. Just a short walk from the CBD and train station, this trendy dining destination dishes up some of the best pub meals in town as diners chill out in surrounds of stacked stone, recycled timber and copper pendents. Start your culinary adventure with duck spring rolls and Davidson plum sauce, before slicing your knife into perfectly cooked grain-fed eye fillet, slow-roasted Japanese pumpkin, goats’ cheese emulsion, smoked bacon chard butter, pancetta and Bordelaise sauce. Perhaps Mediterranean chicken breast hits the mark, stuffed with camembert, capsicum, spinach, raisin, artichoke, semi-dried tomato and corn, while pasta lovers opt for linguine carbonara in garlic cream sauce.

Beautiful meals and service
Had a sashimi tuna which was the best fish dish I have ever had, the lamb shoulder and scotch fillet steak was also spot on delicious. Service was very good, very busy venue, but all good things come to those who wait, the food and service perfect. Good wines and coffees to finish. Very good restaurant
