Don't go to Stanthorpe without a visit to Brinx! The coffee and food are the best and the atmosphere is perfect. You can dine in or there are many take away options as well and it is food with a difference! Sweet and savoury delights combined with unique flavours sourced locally from the Granite Belt.
Consistenly beyond expectations!
The breakfast menu is different and always tasty. Great flavour combinations and wonderful technique. The best scrambled eggs anywhere and pancetta cooked to perfection! To top it off the coffee is consistently excellent and this along with the selection of home cooked sweet delights rivals anything in the big smoke! The staff are very personal and always cheerful!
Always excellent coffee on the Campos Supreme blend. Can get very busy, but sets the standard for deli food and coffee in Stanthorpe.

Called in for some good cheese that I won't find in a supermarket but also got some yummy bean mixture thing, perfect for interesting salads in this spring weather. You are guaranteed a smile and good service at Brinx.
