Zesty French 75 Cocktail

Ingredients

2 Tbs gin
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tbs vanilla flavoured syrup
1/4 lemon, zested
Ice cubes
Chilled sparkling wine, to serve
Lemon zest, extra to serve

Method

Place the gin, lemon juice, syrup, lemon zest and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake until combined and well chilled.

Strain the gin mixture into glasses. Top up with sparkling wine and extra lemon zest to serve.
