Olive Oil Chocolate Mousse
A yummy treat to impress guests after a meal.
2 Tbs vanilla vodka
2 Tbs cream
2 Tbs white chocolate liqueur
4 Tbs eggnog
Jellybeans, to garnish
Pour the liquids into a shaker filled with of ice and shake, then strain into a martini glass.
Drop some jellybeans into the glass to create the illusion of Easter eggs.
Also garnish with toasted marshmallow if so inclined.
