White Chocolate Easter-tini
For those who have a sweet spot for white chocolate.
8 Oz chocolate
1 packet crispy fried noodles
Individual mini eggs
1. Line a baking pan with a piece of foil and spray lightly with non stick spray.
2. Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Gently fold in the noodles, being careful not to break them up too much.
3. Scoop spoonfuls of mixture onto the pan and use your fingers to shape them into a nest shape.
4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set. Place eggs in nest.
