1 1/2 cups pear juice
1/2 pear, muddled
180 mls vodka
1/2 vanilla bean
1 cup crushed ice
Sugar, for rim
In a pitcher, mix pear, pear juice and vodka.
Split open vanilla bean and scrape seeds into mixture.
Add 1 cup crushed ice and stir (shake if using a shaker)
Sugar the rims of ice filled glasses, making sure to rub rim with lime juice before coating with sugar so it sticks.
Pour pear juice into cocktail glasses and garnish with a circle of pear.
