Pistachio Kulfi - by Amandip Uppal
This is a quick version of a classic Indian ice cream.
1 1/2 cups ice cubes, crushed
3 Tbs frozen lemonade
2 Tbs coconut rum (such as Malibu)
Lime wedge or mint leaves (optional)
Place ice, lemonade and rum in a blender; blend until slushy.
Garnish with lime wedge or mint leaves, if desired.
