Ingredients
500mL Tamdhu 12
25mL fresh lemon juice
25mL gomme syrup
Dash of lemon or spiced bitters
1 egg white
Method
Dry shake the ingredients. Then add ice, shake and double strain into a chilled and iced glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
