Strawberry & Pistachio Yoghurt Bark


2 cups plain Greek yoghurt
½ cup sweetener
1/2 cup strawberries, chopped (dried, if desired)
1/8 cup pistachios


Stir together yoghurt and sweetener and spread across a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Sprinkle strawberries and pistachios on top and freeze until solid.

Break into assorted sizes to serve.
