Ingredients: 4 Tbs self-rising flour; 4 Tbs white sugar; 3 Tbs cocoa powder; 1/2 Tbs espresso powder (optional); 3 Tbs Nutella; 1 Tbs strawberry preserves (sub your favourite or omit); 1 egg; 3 Tbs milk; 3 Tbs vegetable oil; Optional toppings:; Whipped cream; Chocolate sauce; Fresh strawberries

Ingredients

4 Tbs self-rising flour
4 Tbs white sugar
3 Tbs cocoa powder

3 Tbs Nutella
1 Tbs strawberry preserves (sub your favourite or omit)
1 egg
3 Tbs milk
3 Tbs vegetable oil

Optional toppings:

Whipped cream
Chocolate sauce
Fresh strawberries

Method

Whisk all the ingredients in one large mug.

Place the mug on a plate in case of spillage.

Microwave for 2 1/3 - 3 minutes, go with less time if your microwave has a high wattage.

Top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and fresh strawberries.
