4 Tbs self-rising flour
4 Tbs white sugar
3 Tbs cocoa powder
1/2 Tbs espresso powder (optional)
3 Tbs Nutella
1 Tbs strawberry preserves (sub your favourite or omit)
3 Tbs milk
3 Tbs vegetable oil
Whisk all the ingredients in one large mug.
Place the mug on a plate in case of spillage.
Microwave for 2 1/3 - 3 minutes, go with less time if your microwave has a high wattage.
Top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and fresh strawberries.
Large Mug - think cup a soup style.
