1/2 cup rice flour
1 Tbs tapioca starch
100 g palm sugar
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
2 cups coconut cream
1/3 cup rice flour
1/2 tsp salt
Mix the bottom layer ingredients until a smooth even consistency and set aside.
Mix the top layer ingredients until smooth and set aside.
Steam 12 empty bowls for about 5 minutes. Pour bottom layer mixture into saucer, filling to about 2/3 of the capacity. Close lid or cover and steam for about 5-7 minutes.
When the bottom layer is cooked, add top layer mixture, filling to the top. Close lid, or cover and steam for another 5 minutes.
Remove from steamer and leave to cool before eating.
