Cheese & Macadamia Nut Beignets
Lightly browned, then baked to seal in the flavours.
300 gms goats cheese
1 tsp dried chilli flakes
2 tbsp black sesame seeds (or any spices/herbs of your choice)
1. In a bowl, mix together cheese and chilli flakes.
2. Take small amounts of goats cheese and roll into balls. Place on a baking tray lined with wax paper.
3. Roll in sesame seeds and serve with toothpicks.
