Spiced Espresso Martini with Baron Samedi Spiced Rum
Chocolate and spice and all things nice.
1/2 cup green grapes
6 fresh mint leaves
2 Tbs lemon juice
2 Tbs simple syrup
1 Tbs honey
4mL soda water
Place grapes in cocktail shaker and use a muddle or spoon to smash until all skins are broken and a thick, juicy pulp has formed.
Next, pour contents through a sieve into a bowl and reserve juice.
Rinse cocktail shaker and place mint in bottom. Mash gently with muddle/spoon to release fragrance.
Pour in grape juice, lemon juice and simple syrup. Stir mixture before topping with honey and ice. Shake and pour into glass.
Top cocktail with soda water and garnish with fresh grapes.
