Ingredients
45mL Husk Gin
15mL St Germain Elderflower
5mL freshly squeezed lemon juice
20mL egg white for the perfect froth
15mL sugar
Method
All ingredients are carefully measured and combined in our cocktail shakers Dry shake + Wet shake, double strain into a Martini Glass.
Garnish with the edible butterfly pea flower petals for the prettiest and tastiest beverage.
