30mL KiNoBi Kyoto Dry Gin
30mL Kumano Umeshu Brandy
30mL Jasmine Tea
5mL Yuzu juice
5mL Shiso bitter
Small dash of honey
Prepare a cup of jasmine tea and leave to cool.
Combine all ingredients (gin, brandy, yuzu juice and jasmine tea) in a shaker with ice.
Add a dash of shiso bitters and honey.
Shake thoroughly and double strain.
Serve with large ice cube and add garnish.
