45mL Mekhong (Thai whisky)
15mL simple syrup
10mL lemon juice
6 fresh Thai basil leaves
Soad water to top up
Edible gold glitter spray
Add Mekhong, simple syrup, lemon juice, basil and ice into the shaker. Shake well. Pour with a strainer into a whisky glass with one large ice cube. Top up with soda water and garnish with basil leaves. Finished with a spritz of gold glitter.
