Christmas has some early with this cherry concoction
1 bottle riesling
2 cups strawberries, hulled
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp sugar, more if desired
Set aside one cup of riesling in fridge
In a food processor, puree strawberries with remaining riesling, lime juice and sugar. Pour mixture into ice cube trays and freeze until solid.
When ready to serve, puree ice cubes with remaining wine in blender.
