Ingredients: 50mL Australian Distilling Co. Rhapsody Ruby Gin; 4 fresh raspberries; 20mL freshly squeezed lime juice; 150mL premium ginger beer

Ingredients

50mL Australian Distilling Co. Rhapsody Ruby Gin
4 fresh raspberries
20mL freshly squeezed lime juice
150mL premium ginger beer

Method

Combine gin, raspberries and lime juice in a shaker and shake hard over ice.

Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and lengthen with ginger beer.

Stir and garnish with a lime wheel, rosemary sprig and raspberry.
