 
50mL Australian Distilling Co. Rhapsody Ruby Gin
4 fresh raspberries
20mL freshly squeezed lime juice
150mL premium ginger beer 
Combine gin, raspberries and lime juice in a shaker and shake hard over ice.
Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and lengthen with ginger beer.
Stir and garnish with a lime wheel, rosemary sprig and raspberry.
