45mL watermelon juice
45mL Brookies Dry Gin
15mL lime juice
30mL elderflower syrup
20mL kaffir lime syrup
Put all ingredients into a Boston shaker with ice. Give it a quick stir and then shake. Double strain into a coupe cocktail glass and garnish with watermelon or mint and some dried fruit.
