Peat Likes Bourbon - Recipe by Ember's Mauricio Gonzalez

Ingredients

45mL Woodford Reserve Bourbon
15mL Bowmore Single Malt Scotch
Dash fresh orange juice
Dash Australian bitters
Dash orange bitters
Dash demerara sugar
Squeeze fresh orange juice
Smoked rosemary and orange peel.

Method

Mix all ingredients together with ice. Garnish with smoked rosemary and orange peel.
