Easter Egg Shots


Hollow chocolate eggs (as many as you want)
Kahlua (if desired)


Unwrap eggs and do your best to keep them cool.

Using caution, run a very sharp knife under hot water until metal is hot.

Using hot knife, carefully shave off the tops (about 1/4 of the egg).

Stand up in an egg carton or ceramic boiled egg holder.

Fill the egg with a mix of your favourite liqueurs. If using a mix of Baileys and Kahlua, use two parts Baileys, one part Kahlua.

Shot the liqueur and eat the egg!
