A cool, creamy dessert with hints of liqueur and Turkish delight.
Innocent Bystander Moscato
30mL Four Pillars gin
15mL Apricot Liqueur
Basil for garnish
Fill rocks glass to overflowing with ice. Add gin and apricot liqueur. Top to 1cm below rim of glass with Moscato.
Garnish with large, fresh basil leaf and two short straws.
